I dont think so. This is like a neural net test. Neural nets are all about reproducing a picture. If it can reproduce it then it understands it so neural nets are often scored by how well they reproduce the image. Well if you were an absolute madlad youd flip the score function and try to see how poorly can it reproduce the image. In this case its probably a mixture of, "make this image look as much like a real image as possible, but simultaneously make sure it doesnt look like anything." Probably a bad explanation.
